Storm Damage Disrupts Denver Area Home

Although we in the Denver area are used to cold temperatures in the winter months, that does not mean a deep freeze or storms do not come through and cause damage. This past winter SERVPRO of Lakewood-Ken Caryl received a call from a Denver area family who had a freezing pipe in their attic burst. The burst pipe caused the insulation in the attic to become saturated with water and drop through the sheetrock into the home.
