Victoria Village Area Home Suffers Water Damage

Pipes break, toilets overflow, sinks clog, and accidents happen. Water damage can happen at any time, anywhere in your home, and for many different reasons. Recently SERVPRO of Lakewood-Ken Caryl was called out to assist a homeowner in Victoria Village who suffered water damage in one of their bathrooms. 

Our team of trained and experienced water technicians was able to quickly get on site and begin the mitigation process. SERVPRO of Lakewood-Ken Caryl teams worked to extract excess moisture using extraction and drying equipment as well as removing porous materials that were holding excess water or in this case, vinyl that was holding the water in the subfloor and structure. Once the vinyl was removed the structure of the home was able to be dried and restored.
